Our services can include customized itinerary and guidance for those designing their own journey that wish to leave guidance for their loved ones, as well as support for those navigating the journey after loss when a plan may not be already fully developed.

Urgent travel following a loss
When travel is needed shortly after a loved one’s passing, there can be an overwhelming number of details to manage, often at a time when you are simply trying to process what has happened.
Our role is to take as much of the travel planning and coordination off your shoulders as possible.
We coordinate urgent travel for individuals, families, and groups, with rapid response times and assistance throughout the planning and booking process. As circumstances develop, we can help adjust flights, accommodations, transportation, and other arrangements so your travel plans can evolve with your needs.
Extended support options are also available for clients who need continued assistance before, during, or throughout their journey.

Travel for a time of remembrance should not have to become another thing for you or your family to manage alone.
We understand that attending a funeral or memorial service often involves coordinating travel while navigating an already difficult time.

Final Journey Travel Co. provides specialized travel planning and coordination for individuals and families navigating travel associated with end-of-life arrangements, final resting places, memorials, and other meaningful journeys. Every itinerary is custom-designed to the needs and preferences of each family or individual by a licensed travel advisor.
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
Final Journey Travel Co. charges a professional planning and coordination fee for our expertise, time, and dedicated support. These journeys often require significantly more research, coordination, flexibility, and personal attention than traditional travel planning. Our professional fee allows us to provide a dedicated travel advisor who can manage the details, anticipate challenges, coordinate changes, and remain available to support individuals and families throughout the planning process and journey.
For families facing an unexpected loss, our professional fee allows us to provide priority support for urgent or last-minute travel, when arrangements may need to be researched, coordinated, and changed within hours or days.
Our professional fee also allows us to support families whose journey may not occur immediately. For individuals planning their own Final Journey or families preparing in advance, our support may begin months or even years before travel takes place. We maintain the planning work and information necessary to help designated family members or representatives carry out those wishes when the time comes.
Professional planning fees are separate from the cost of travel and other third-party services and are based on the overall scope and needs of each journey.
Airfare, hotels, rental vehicles, transportation, baggage fees, travel insurance, government fees, permits, and other third-party charges are not included, unless specifically stated in the client's written proposal.
Travel prices and availability are determined by the applicable travel supplier and may change until booked and ticketed.
All professional fees will be disclosed to the client before services begin.
Clients will receive a written summary of applicable fees and estimated travel costs before authorizing travel arrangements.
Client Availability & Service Capacity
At Final Journey Travel Co., we intentionally maintain a balanced client roster so that each individual and family receives the thoughtful, personalized attention and dedicated support that their journey deserves.
There may be times when we are fully committed to our existing clients or have limited availability for new engagements. During these periods, we may temporarily pause new client intake or accept only a limited number of new journeys based on our current capacity, timing, and the level of coordination required.
This approach allows us to remain fully present for the clients we serve and to uphold the high standard of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail that defines Final Journey Travel Co.
If we are unable to immediately accept your journey, we will communicate our current availability and, when possible, provide an anticipated timeframe for when we may be able to assist.
